SUMMER TOURNAMENTS

Summer Tournaments are where we have the opportunity to test our skills against the regions most competitive lacrosse programs. Our primary goal is to help our players become the best versions of themselves as well as providing the most valuable and fun lacrosse experience possible.

TEAM TRAINING

Summer Training will begin on Tuesday/Thursdays after the spring season is over in June. Our practices have been intentionally scheduled to not conflict with the spring lacrosse season. However, it is important with the school calendar going until early June and the rapid progression of summer events that we front load our practices in order to best prepare for summer tournaments.

POSITIONAL TRAINING

In addition to our consistent Face-Off and Goalie Training, we are excited to present offense and defensive specific training this summer. These Sessions are tailored to providing detailed position specific instructions and adjustments to allow players to build confidence and hone their craft.

Positional training sessions serve as a compliment to regular practices and are optional, but highly recommended for all.

SUMMER PRO CAMP

Teams Training Camp is not only a great place to start building team chemistry and jumpstart the summer season, but it is also an essential component of our Summer program. Training Camp sets the foundation for a successful season ahead, instilling camaraderie, unity, and a shared sense of purpose. Team Camp will take place over 2 days to prepare us for the upcoming summer tournament schedule and will be directed by PLL All Star Colin Squires.
